ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - The 5th annual Brewery Brawl was held Saturday was described as “roller derby live action,” and hosted by Rage City Roller Derby.
"It was originally a women's sport, but now it's very inclusive," said Emma Fiedler, who goes by the derby name Rollie Reed. "We're open to everybody. But originally, it was a way for women to have a combat sport that was a safe space for all of us to do that.
Saturday's event was the season kick off game for the organization.
